这引发舆论对博士招生实行“申请—审核”制的再次关注。有不少网友呼吁恢复“考博”制度，实行博士研究生招生学科统一考试，把好博士“招生关”。而在笔者看来，恢复“考博”制度无疑是开倒车。不应该把博士生源质量下降的责任，推给“申请—审核”制，恰恰相反，要坚持推进“申请—审核”制，强化导师培养责任，并加强博士培养质量把关。更重要的是，我国要控制博士生扩招规模。近年来博士快速扩招，是影响生源质量的重要因素。
